As a school counselor in an elementary school much like Sandy Hook, my thoughts and prayers are with the students who lost their friends and school leaders. Eden Elementary in Pell City, AL is a K-4 school with a population of 400 students on average. Two of my own children, 5 and 10, attend Eden where I work with students and parents. I cannot fathom the fear, grief, and sorrow that is and will be felt by the children, parents, and staff. Our hearts go out to you all. We lift you up and pray that you can find comfort in the Lord to help you through the coming days and months. We pray that you are able to find solace in His promises. May God comfort you and give you peace.
