I have a few guns that would fall under the 1994 ban. I don't have the money to go shooting very often, but I always have fun when I do. I live in a rural area and most of my friends own guns as well. I have some guns for hunting, some for home defense and some high capacity pistols and assault rifles because they are fun. I keep all my guns except one revolver in my safe, it's fireproof and extremely heavy. I'm not against regulations on guns, but criminals will have high power high capacity weapons no matter how strict our gun laws are. Heroine, cocaine and other powerful drugs have been illegal here for several decades but law enforcement still cant stop the problem. Criminals will still get assault rifles even if they are banned and if the bad guys have them I want a few of my own.
