Are my eyes warning me?

Sometimes it feels like the muscles around my left eye are trying to force it closed and it feels like I have to try hard to stop my eye from closing, however, when I look in the mirror there actually isn't anything visibly different about that eye and it isn't closing at all. It is my right eye that is open very wide with white showing all around the iris and it doesn't feel like anything is happening to that eye at all. It has happened about 4 times over the last five years and anyone who gets a glimpse of me while it's happening always seems very concerned and asks if I am okay. I never look at anyone straight-on when it's happening because it's embarrassing, so I'm concerned that they are so concerned after just getting a glimpse of my face. Twice it has been coworkers who I hardly know. My daughter, who is always very calm and level-headed, is the only one who has seen it straight on and she had a look of terror on her face when she saw it. It's difficult for me to tell, but I think the right side of my face may be dropping a little during the episode too. I don't feel anything happening on the right side of my face when this happens, but that is the side where everything seems to be happening. I went for a MRI and everything came back okay. Should I request another test, like a CAT scan? The doctor didn't seem concerned at all, which doesn't seem right to me. Obviously, I'm concerned about these episodes being mini strokes or a warning of one to come. This is similar to what happened to my grandmother many years ago and the doctor told her that she may have had a stroke, but the next time it happened she was diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer. I do know that brain cancer doesn't run in families and it's uncommon, but I was there when it happened and the facial effects are the same. I was also in a bad car accident over 10 years ago and had a head injury. I was a migraine suffer at the time and about 1 1/2 years after the accident, I had a migraine that was so bad I wanted to ask my husband to take me to the hospital, but I just couldn't do it. It felt like something "burst" inside the back of my head and I was certain I wasn't going to be alive by the morning. The next thing I knew was that it was morning. I told the tech taking the MRI about that episode too, but again, nothing showed on the MRI. What type of specialist should I see for another follow up and can you recommend one in the area of North Phoenix, Paradise Valley, or North Scottsdale, Arizona? I'm having a difficult time finding a doctor that is proactive since my family doctor retired. I feel like the doctors I have seen just think I'm just worrying and everything is okay, and I don't agree. My greatest concern is that nobody will find out what's happening until it's too late and I don't know what else to do. Also, I have always had very low blood pressure until last year. I wasn't feeling right and I went to a cardiologist who confirmed my blood pressure was very high. He checked my heart for any damage from my accident and he said it was fine, but I do have Mitral Valve Prolapse, which I think is in one of left valves. I'm not taking any medication for it. My blood pressure went down on it's own within the week. I was going through a stressful situation at the time. Any advice you can give me will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
