In an interview yesterday the interviewer , Ben Smith , asked Mayoral hopeful Anthony 'Tweet" Weiner that very question? Mr Weiner stated "I don't have a good answer for that". The question that should have been the followup would naturally be "Did you know what Snapchat is?".
