BCBG, famous for being fashion forward, looks back for their Spring 2014 collection.
"We kind of went back into our archives and pulled some of the key styles and the things we were loving from past collections. 2013 we are going to be celebrating our 25th. So, it's really incredible, " says designer Lubov Azria.
The easy to pull off palette of pales compliment the tailoring, nothing's too tight. Of course, there's always an occasion for a skinny silhouette. Just ask Heidi Klum…
"I wear Max's clothes a lot because you can look like Rock n Roll what I have on today," she says.
The designer does rock the neutral boat with bold florals and geometrics. Sheer genius are the cut-outs and peek-a-boo details on dresses as seen on model Selita Ebanks.
"It's a little sheer, a little leather, a little intricate, the epitome of BCBG. I love how sexy they are effortlessly," says Ebanks.
New mom, Giuliana Rancic reveals BCBG is still her go-to label, speaking volumes about how wearable the line is.
"I am a huge, huge fan and adore BCBG. I wear them all the time," says Rancic.
But it's the whole package that packs the house every year.
"The hair, the makeup, the selection of girls was fabulous," says Nina Garcia, Creative Director, Marie Claire.
And if you think you're allergic to accessories, BCBG will cure you of that.
"We have great shoes this time, they are lace-up shoes, there's booties. We have backpacks and great sort of zip around bags," says Lubov Azria.
From fabulous looking feet to an arm party to fantastic fabrics, the front row never stops wanting.
"The fabrics … beautiful cotton twill, plain weaves, chiffon, georgette, crepes," says Lubov Azria.
And for the signature do? Big is back!
"We are working section by section. We are doing half a loop on one side, half a loop on the other," says Laurent Phillipon, hairstylist.
And for those with an e-ticket to the shows, it's nice to know the make-up look is totally attainable.
"It's all about real makeup for real women. It's the way you want to wear makeup in the real world," says Val Garland Makeup Artist.
Looking ahead, it seems clear -- BCBG's reach in the fashion world will continue another 25 years.
"It's really about completing the look. We wanted to make sure Max Azria / BCBG DNA was very obvious down the runway," says Lubov Azria.
