My story begins on
February the 5th 2011. I entered a local biggest loser contest and lost 100
pounds in one year. I am a truck driver working 60 hours a week but I say no
excuses. I found my hobby once again after a 20 year absence and that hobby is
dance. I used dance through Zumba and then my own creation which I call Big
Johns Truckin to help lose the weight. My dream since I started Big
Johns Truckin has been to make a DVD to help others lose weight and be
healthy. In May of this year I received a gift and a great opportunity from a
stranger in Las Vegas who heard about my trucker dance fitness instructor weight
loss story and offered to help me make my dream become a reality. Formerly known
as Big Johns Dance Fitness is now (Big Johns Truckin). My hobby was just that
until I realized that this could be so much more. My hobby is now become a dream
come true and my job is helping people lose weight, get healthy and most
importantly start believing in themselves again.
