Lots of people just want to give up bubble gum, but it is not possible without a replacement. For example, you cannot give up fruit smoothies but you can replace it with water and give up the habit! This article can guide you through the process of getting away from bubble gum.

Select carrots and radishes! Peel them, wash them, and cut them! Snacking on them can keep you away from gum.

Eat dry fruits if you don't want to try the previous step! It works just as well.

Make something horrible, like honey with sour milk and crushed stale pretzels. Put the mixture in the bubble gum in your house! Make sure to label it!

Do something else! Read, shop, go for a walk! Anything will work.

Chew bubble gum every now and then. Don't restrict yourself from it completely, but don't do it too often, either! If you get back in the habit, try the above steps again. Not only that, but chewing gum can be healthy for your teeth if you chew it every now and then. (no, not bubble gum. Chewing gum.)

Deprive yourself to it slowly, don't try to stop eating gum at once! Example: If chew two pieces of gum a day, limit yourself to one a day, one a week, and eventually, none!

Try to forget about bubble gum as best as you can.

Keep the mixture out of reach if you have small children in your household! Better yet, don't do it at all if you have small children
