Since, there is lake of support from most of the business leaders on Obama Healthcare bill, I am suggesting that Congress should consider appointing an independent commission to analyze the healthcare bill and then all the findings and recommendations of the commission should be debated in the Congress for a final approval.
Even though, healthcare bill may has many good provisions to help the health care problems facing us today but hasty implementation in a short period of time without properly digesting all the new changes, rules and regulations may not be good idea. If it is making lots of people uncomfortable, especially business leaders whom are on the record by providing good benefits including healthcare to their employees then it is worth to be paused and look at all other available options before any final implementation.
In my opinion, Congress should avoid passing any bills in the future without gaining majority votes, otherwise, not only it is unhealthy for the Union; it may have negative influence to cause unnecessary division among citizens regardless of their affiliations.
One of the major reasons for an opposition to the healthcare bill may be the President Obama itself because he is being identified too close to the healthcare bill. So, it is natural for the people who hate him (just because he is Obama) to make every effort to kill the bill at any cost.
