On Sunday, November 17, severe weather hit many places in Illinois. On that same day, the Chicago Bears were playing. About 60,000 people were at the Bears game. Unfortunately, the PA system had told everyone in Soldiers Field to get to a safe place because there was a tornado warning. Just imagine- 60,000 people crammed up in a room. The Bears was postponed for about 2 hours. Lots of people were relieved that the weather was getting better, but do you think that some people were mad about this situation? Lots and lots of people had paid for the tickets, and once the severe weather hit, they immediately left. They wasted there money. Of course, they could of stayed however. Were you at the Bears game and affected like this? Luckily, the Bears won the game 23-20 and everyone was happy in the end.
