How can we stop the senseless killings?

This latest tradgedy with all these children killed is just another example of society's decaying moral fabric. It is not a indicator of the need for more gun control. No matter how much gun control you have it will not stop this kind of madness.
The only way to stop this is to address the problem of broken families.
