The world famous Clyde Sergio Narain (known as Chuckie), born in Suriname, has been decorated as the Commander in the Order of the Yellow Star by President Desire D. Bouterse of the Republic of Suriname.
President Bouterse announced DJ Chuckie at the Opening of the Carifesta (Caribbean Festival of Arts).
