After reading the CNN article, dated; August 1, 2013 regarding FCC
Construction winning the largest contract in Saudi Arabia:

http://edition.cnn.com/2013/07/31/business/saudi-arabia-riyadh-metro-transportation-project/index.html?iref=allsearch

We thought you would be interested in covering the other side of FCC Construction's contracts.

BREAKING NEWS: Polish company files bankruptcy against FCC Construction, S.A. (when accepted by the court this may freeze all FCC contracts in the European Union!)

Just before your article posted, FCC Construction defaulted on paying several
sub-contractors that they had hired for their contract to build a
bypass in Poland. They have so far, refused any communications with
the companies involved in the project and have not paid any
monies on current invoices. As a result, a bankruptcy filing was made
[against] FCC Construction in Warsaw this past month.

Please see this web page for more information and related media

This news is big! This news is global! In the European Union if a
foreign business defaults on paying for their projects, the resident
company can file bankruptcy proceedings against them providing the
foreign company has a local registered branch, which FCC Construction
of Spain has in Warsaw. When the bankruptcy is accepted by the court,
all FCC contracts in Europe can be frozen!

This large consortium needs to act in a professional and legal manner
and pay their bills. This illegal tactic of getting funded for
projects, using local contractors to do their work and then not pay,
keeping all the money for their company has to be stopped. This is a
case of David verses Goliath.

We knew of CNN's reputation of not being politically sided
and covering both sides of a story, especially something as unfair as
this. We hope you will be able to do the minimal research needed to
cover this story and help these contractors recover the millions that
are owed to them. Please feel free to contact me or RP Complex II for
any information needed.

Thank you for your urgent attention on this matter,
